Pipette Calibration:

We calibrate all kinds of pipettes- single channel, multi-channel, manual and electronic pipettes from all major manufacturers.

3 levels of service are offered – Levels 2 through 4 for both on-site as well as mail-in service.

• Level 1 : Consists of complete internal and external cleaning, overhaul and service of pipette with applicable seal/O’ring change and/or lubrication. The pipettes are then calibrated either to manufacturer’s specifications or your desired specifications. A sticker is affixed with the serial number, date of calibration and next due date printed on it.–WE HAVE DISCONTINUED LEVEL 1 SERVICE AS THE PRICE WAS THE SAME AS LEVEL 2 EXCEPT FOR THE QA  CERTIFICATE AND ALL OUR CUSTOMERS PREFERRED OUR LEVEL 2 SERVICE OVER THE LEVEL ONE SERVICE.
• Level 2: Consists of complete internal and external cleaning, overhaul and service of pipette with applicable seal/O’ring change and/or lubrication. The pipettes are then calibrated either to manufacturer’s specifications or your desired specifications. A sticker is affixed with the serial number, date of calibration and next due date printed on it. A Quality Assurance certificate of calibration is issued listing all calibrated instruments.
• Level 3: Consists of complete internal and external cleaning, overhaul and service of pipette with applicable seal/O’ring change and/or lubrication. The pipettes are then calibrated either to manufacturer’s specifications or your desired specifications. A sticker is affixed with the serial number, date of calibration and next due date printed on it. A certificate of calibration is issued with “as-left” data contained; with 5 readings each at two volumes for Single channel pipettes and 4 readings each at two volumes for  each channel of Multi channel pipettes.
• Level 4: Consists of complete internal and external cleaning, overhaul and service of pipette with applicable seal/O’ring change and/or lubrication. The pipettes are then calibrated either to manufacturer’s specifications or your desired specifications. A sticker is affixed with the serial number, date of calibration and next due date printed on it. A certificate of calibration is issued with “as-found” and “as-left” data contained. The Multi channel  data contains 3 readings each at two volumes of  “As Found” data and 4 readings each at two volumes of “As Left” data for every channel of the multichannel pipette.
• Our test and measurement equipment is calibrated to NI standards . Certificate of traceability is available and a copy will be issued on request.

Multidrop calibrations:

We offer re-tubing and calibration of Multidrop cassettes on a mail-in or “pick-up and drop-off” basis only.

We clean the cassette and re-tube using OEM tubing. Calibration is done for each channel individually and a certificate is issued with readings of calibration for each channel. Please contact us for more information regarding the service and pricing.

We offer a ONE-YEAR warranty on all calibrations. There is no labor charge for repairs*

*Parts, if required, are additional. Seals and O’rings ARE part of the service.
